User :   i have just had abreast reconstruction after breast cancer and i have found alump on my back where my bra strap would generally go

Doctor :   HI
Doctor :   I
Doctor :   Ok
User :   hi nice to meet you
Doctor :   Me too
User :   do you think i should worry about this lump or am i just stressing
Doctor :   Can you give me more info like when did it appear, size of it, color of it (if can see it)
User :   i had surgery on the 15 oct to put implants in i notice it today when i was gtting dressed its about the size of a walnut and it is under the skin and not red but can feel it when yoy run your hand over it
Doctor :   Is it movable and is the skin over it pinchable?\
Doctor :   I am trying to rule out all the serious signs of it
User :   it is not moveable and you cannot pinch skin over it
Doctor :   Do you have such lumps any where else in the body?
User :   no just that one
Doctor :   Do you think it may so happened that the friction of bra strap could have raised it?
Doctor :   Does it pain ?
User :   i do not wear abra as ihave had the implants and i havent worn a bra for 2 years
User :   no pain
Doctor :   Ok from what you have described me it may not be because of your breast implant or the effect of surgery
Doctor :   It is just an incidental finding not related
Doctor :   I would suggest you to observe its size
Doctor :   If the size is growing after a month or two
Doctor :   You can get it examined
User :   okay so just get my doctor to look at it so you dont think its related to me having cancer
Doctor :   Meantime if you have a general check up scheduled with a doctor, you can present to him
User :   okay thankyou you have put me at ease
Doctor :   Is there anything else I can help you with
User :   no thankyou for your time
Doctor :   Ok thank you
