User :   i have a sponge like lump on lower left side of abdomen, can only feel it when standing up and not all the time, my doc. said it was my bladder?

User :   My gynacologist said it was my bladder but she only felt it when lying down and i can only feel it when standing up

User :   it feels llike a spongy rubbery ball but i was worried it could be a tumour
Doctor :   the bladder is usually right in the middle of the body

User :   so could it be a lump in them? i had a colooscpy about a year ago and it was clear

User :   oh ok, it could be so perhaps if i do a stool it should go? is this the same with everyone?

Doctor :   if you pass your bowels, the sensation should go away
