User :   My 27 year old boyfriend has had a painful lump behind his right nipple for a few weeks. Today he says both nipples feel like needles are being pressed into the tissue behind. What do you think this could be?
User :   The nipple itself is also extremely senstive
Doctor :   Does he have any other symptoms? like fever
User :   he had nausea two days ago, but he seems to think that was either from traveling or food poisioning

User :   yes on the right nipple, yes
Doctor :   Is it hard or soft lump?
User :   hard
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   How big is it?
User :   about the size of a half-dollar coin

Doctor :   How about the left side is there any lump?
User :   no
Doctor :   But there is pain in the left side also right?
User :   correct
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Can you rate the pain from 1 to 10?
User :   lump on right side, 4 when just sitting there, about an 8 when touched

User :   prickly pain about a 4 feels lke needles being pressed into the duct

User :   and thats on both nipples

User :   even if its not red/inflammed?
