User :   About 3-4 months ago, I noticed a small lump about an inch left and inch above my belly button. It feels like a little knot or button. Since then, it has come and gone. Right now I'm not sure if I just have a stomach bug or something more. I've had diarrhea and stomach cramping for the past 24 hours and the lump is more prominent and more tender to touch. I'm not sure what I should do from here.
