User :   i have a lump on the left side of my throat it has been there for four months. i have had left ear pain and problems with swallowing my food. i have no insurance is the er the best place for me to start. and what could it be

User :   no i havent had a cold or anything like that. from time to time i do have some horseness

Doctor :   the treatment is excisional biopsy

Doctor :   the swelling needs to be surgically removed and than sent or the biopsy
User :   what options do i have without insurance

Doctor :   if it is inconclusive or say it is a lymphadenitis than you need to under go surgery

User :   i really dont know the name of what i had to drink. but it was radiation i think

Doctor :   than based on the report further step is decided as i explained it you previously
