User :   My 4 year old son has a "bony lump" under his right knee. Should this be anything to worry about?

Doctor :   does he have any symptoms or difficulty because of the bony lump ?
User :   None whatsoever. No pain, itching...
Doctor :   is it from child hood or recently noticed ?
User :   Just noticed this past weekend. It is hard and does not move at all.
Doctor :   may be a small bony growth, if it is not causing any symptom like pain walking difficulty, visible bending or deformity of the leg
