User :   no injuries till now....but I used to sit for long hours....

User :   Im getting seviour pain

User :   n suggested me to do some exercise

User :   I cud not spend time in the early hours as I work lately at office
User :   n company to do exercise...so plannin to go for yoga, where some will make me to do.
User :   n even I observed that with exercise no relief now
Doctor :   Yes Exercises need to be taken at the start and needs to be followed
Doctor :   at least for 3 months there after so if not then that would have worsened the disease and not help you
