User :   I have got a serious low back pain problem, when i sleep at night, i cannnot move sideways as it pains a lot..i hv two children, my daughter is 3 yrs and son is 1 year and after office, i need to be contnuosly wid them..can u give me some medicine to stop low back pain...

User :   Its a low back pain, its pains a lot during night time and when i get up in the morn it pains so much that even my lower addomen pains a lot..

User :   ya sometimes while urinating it pains..

User :   c, i will tell u low back pain start in night wen i sleep and lower abdomen with back pain is in the morning when i get up...other than this time i dont have pain...

User :   but when i get up in the morn, the pain is so much tht i cannot dfferntiate whether it is lower abdomen paining or it is low back pain
Doctor :   i would suggest these following steps to be done.
User :   ya tell me please
Doctor :   1) When going to sleep at night, do hot water fomentation with use of hot water bag.
User :   i think as i have not taken calcium tablet after delivery so the pain started
Doctor :   2) apply topical ointments like Relaxyl cream twice a day and before the hot fomentation
Doctor :   3) start on calcium tablets T. Shelcal 500 mg two times a day.
User :   twice
Doctor :   4) get a low back or a L.S spine x-ray done to look for other problems
Doctor :   yes two times a day, for a month, and then get back to once a day
Doctor :   5) visit an orthopedician for a thorough examination and investigations to rule out any other spine related problems

Doctor :   if the above measures fail to give relief
Doctor :   then you might need to get an MRI done for low back

Doctor :   6) Take Tab Dolo 650mg twice a day after food for additional pain relief.
User :   yes... i have...actually the life has become so busy in offce as well as at home...dont get time to think abt self
