User :   I have low testosterone levels

User :   and my doctor wants me to take a MRI to check adrenal gland growth or tumor

User :   is that necessary , 23 yr old
User :   i have past experience with steriods and prohormones
Doctor :   adrenal gland is the master gland for cortisol and testosterone production
User :   I just don't have the money to pay for an MRI that will tell him that I am okay to start with you know
Doctor :   if at all you have normal descended testicles , then they have to investigate the adrenal gland
User :   i thought the testies were the major maker of test

User :   is it necassary...couldn't I just try some treatments before having to pay for MRI when my levels are down b/c of my past abuse of steriods and over the counter med
