User :   hey yea just quick questions about first time pregnancy

User :   my fiancee is pregnant for the first time and well the day we found out was during her period and she ended up bleeding that day, we went to the hospital and they said there is no problems with miscarriage that her period was just confussed
User :   now we are at week 5 and she is having flu like symptoms possibly getting the flu
