User :   last time i hd a chat with Dr ..., regarding my low back pain..

User :   he asked me whether the low back pains goes to the buttocks...but i said no..

User :   but yet night i notice my pain starts from low back pains goes to the buttocks and then to the legs and legs pains a lot.. my low back pain is so terrible i cannot move side ways in the night..
Doctor :   Are you on any medications right now?
User :   but i can feel the pain only in the night time when i sleep on the body gets stick to the bed..morn when i get i can hardly diffeentiate whether it is a low back pain or lower abdomen pain..can u let me what is the reason...i am not on any medication..the lower back pains started 21/2 years ago after delivery of my daighter...

User :   sometimes burning dsensation, but than i have started taking lots of water
User :   whenever i take lots of water..i dont get the pain

Doctor :   1)Drink lots of water whole day at least 8 to 10 glasses.
Doctor :   2)Use hot water bag during night for pain relief.
Doctor :   3)Apply topical ointments like Volini.

Doctor :   4)Also you can take Dolo 650 mg for pain relief
Doctor :   6)Start taking Shellcal 500 mg daily
Doctor :   6)If all these measures do not help you at all get your complete examination and investigation done by an orthopedic including LS X ray Spine and Urine test.

Doctor :   Also you may require an MRI spine to see if your spinal nerve is getting compressed and is causing pain

Doctor :   Yeas Shellcal what i prescribed you are calcium tablets only.
User :   doc tell me if the nerve is getting it a serious problem..
Doctor :   No not serious, it may be that some vertebra or bone is compressing them.
Doctor :   If that is the case physiotherapy helps in that.
