User :   Dear Dr. My mother 72 yrs old a dieabetic patient since last 16 year on Insulin. We have a very good control on her sugar and its going normal. But her blood pressure is very unstable. Going up and down and now down side and she feel uneasy as it reaches to 100/60. Her ECG done with just ST Changes and 2D Echo report shows normal heart functions. She takes Insulin Injection, Pentadoc 40 mg, Prothieden 75 mg at night, Restyl 0.5 mg Matilda Plus, Ecoaspirin 75 mg. Imdur 30 mg. Gemcal Kit, and She takes Enam 2.5 mg for blood pressure and now we stopped as pressure goes downside regularly. Pl Suggest.

User :   SOme times goes 90/55. Its an electronic pressure machine, she understands well by her uneasy health and asks her to check BP and we find is on down side, even sometimes it goes to 145/90 and than also she says that I feel its high blood pressure but current problem is low side its limit is 95/55

User :   What might be a strong reason for her low blood pressure? All doctors suggest here is Enam 2.5 mg. but it does not control low blood pressure. Is there any medicine in her daily intake mentioned above that may make her blood pressure low? Can u pl just tell me which formulla can make her pressure stable and control from going down?

User :   We have stopped since two days, Tablet Enam 2.5 mg. is it right decision?
