User :   Hello, I'm a bit worried. I have no energy today, can hardly lift my arms, my bp is 90/80 and resting heart beat is 84bpm. my fingers are red and swollen
Doctor :   May i know your age?
User :   yes, I am 42, weigh approx 80 kg
Doctor :   Since how long are you having these symptoms?
User :   Yes I am 42 and weigh approx 80 kg
User :   I have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia around a year ago
Doctor :   Are you on any medications ?
User :   and sometimes tired
User :   I took my sublingual b12 and iron this morning
User :   but thats all
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptom as raised sugar, BP or cholesterol?
User :   my bp is 90/80 taken just now
User :   but I don't have bgl monitor, or cholesterol

Doctor :   Is this the first time you are feeling these symptoms?
User :   I have had them occasionally - but thought it was from the pernicious anemia - and that would be resolved by now
Doctor :   When were your last Hb levels tested?
User :   I last had a test about 2 months ago
Doctor :   How much was it?
User :   I don't know
User :   but he put me on b12 cyanocobalamin shots 1 per week for a month
Doctor :   It seems like it can be due to low blood pressure or low Hb levels
Doctor :   Are you taking These shots regularly?
User :   ok my worry was a heart problem
User :   no - I have been taking the sublingual 5 mg tab a few times a week
Doctor :   Ok
User :   because each time I go to get a shot it costs me $45 to go to doctor
User :   but I did get the 4 shots one per week for 4 weeks
Doctor :   Low BP may be causing you these symptoms. Has it been long since you have eaten anything?
User :   I had breakfast at normal time, around 7.30, and some fruit and yoghurt at lunch time
Doctor :   1)Take a cup of Black Coffee immediately.
User :   ok
Doctor :   It will increase the BP. Is anybody there with you?
User :   yes, my daughter
Doctor :   Also drink lots of water. Dehydration also leads to fall in BP
User :   ok, I have been doing that today, have drunk around 500ml (a pint)
Doctor :   Have a cup of beetroot juice twice daily. It will help in BP and Anaemia both
User :   ok, i will do that
User :   so you don't feel I need to go to the doctor right now
Doctor :   Also allow somebody to be with you to monitor. Low BP may cause dizziness.
User :   yes I have been feeling dizzy
User :   I normally have high bp, around 135/90
Doctor :   If you feel better after having coffee then its fine but if the symptoms persist then get yourself examined and also get your Hb levels done
Doctor :   It may be that your Hb levels are falling
User :   ok will do that, thank you very much for your help
Doctor :   Are you on any medications foe high BP?
