User :   These days I feel I do not remember things...Just thought to check with u on that

User :   What could be the reason and how do I overcome that

User :   It has been for say 5-6 months

User :   I am 36 and into service

User :   customer service
Doctor :   Are you under any pressure like job or family tensions.
User :   ya some tensions exist for my child's health

Doctor :   And from how long are you facing this tensions.
User :   he has an issue with his Knee...OCD and might require a surgery

Doctor :   Other than this are you worried about anythin else.
User :   not really generally stress in hectic schedule
Doctor :   What do you generally forget.
Doctor :   Is anyone complaining that you are forgetful or do you yourself feel that way.
User :   I feel that way

Doctor :   What do you feel you forget.
User :   sometimes I have been told but thats not very frequent
User :   I forget action taken for certain things as in I do not feel confident responding about something because I feel hope I have not forgotten
Doctor :   Ok,this generally happens when you are overtly stressed about something or thinking about the problem that you tend to forget daily activities.
Doctor :   You got to relax about everything.
Doctor :   Try to solve the problem or come to the conclusion that everything is fine.
Doctor :   Once your mind is clear you will not get distracted.
User :   Honestly speaking I have faced certain health issue out of anxiety. Thats the basis problem I guess

Doctor :   You will have to come to terms that being anxious wont solve your problems.
Doctor :   Resolve the problem and go about your daily work.
Doctor :   It will help you a lot if you could discuss your problems with someone else,than worry about it alone.

Doctor :   try meditation, it will help you be calm.
User : this is more to do with stress then anything else.
Doctor :   Try for 15 to 20 min every day.

Doctor :   You seem to be having other problems other than your childs health.
User :   yes...some more on family front but guess have little control over them..
Doctor :   But the fact is everybody has problems, and some dont care about it and some atke excess tension.
Doctor :   Do meditation everyday, and be brave to face the world.
