Hi this is XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX
I have serious hairloss problem since last 6 months
may i know your age, height and weight ?
31 yrs, Height - 5.2 and Weight - 68 kgs
Have you had medical check ups anytime ?
and any blood tests ?
I had my Blood check- when i was diagnosed with Malarai & Jaundice
when was that ?
In Nov 2011
the Most common causes for hair loss in women, can be androgen excess, thyroid disorders, stress, malnutrition
and other issues include - use of wrong cosmetics, and lack of proper care
I have long hair. Suddenly it has started falling in excess. Are there any measures to be taken care.
other measures, that you can take is to improve your nutrition, and include more of protiens in the diet
Include more of eggs in a day
Can u let me know the protein supplement which I can include in my diet
All beans, lentils, and peas are an excellent vegetarian and vegan source of protein, so eat whichever one you like
Nuts, including peanuts, cashews, almonds and walnuts all contain protein, as do seeds such as sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
Do I need to consult a dermatologist
lastly, you can also take protein powder supplements , like NUTRILITE OR protienex
Yes, you can consult a Dermatologist , who can examine your hair and diagnose any issues like inflammatory conditions or nutrition issues
I am told in my Gym to have less of nuts
are u trying to lose weight ?
and how long have you been trying ?
exercises, can sometimes result in production of steroids, and this can also be the cause of the hair loss, due to physiological stress
probably since last 9 months. But I have not been following any diet, only gyming
just gyming will not help
I have being only avoiding junk food & cheesy food
working out for 1 hr , and then eating high carb diet (rice, dosa, etc )0c an be counter productive
reduce carbs, high fat content , and overall reduce the calorie intake
it should be totally be less than 1700 calories , per day
and try to burn about 400 - 600 calories per day
this will help to lose about 2-3 kilos in a month, depending on the type of workouts and diet
but, for that matter, you can avoid nuts , too
but take beans, as mentioned
Are u a vegetarian ?
Non - Veggie
in that case, you can take fish like mackerel, fat free lamb and chicken, in limited portions, to increase your protien content
fish, contain PUFA and antioxidents, which help get good hair
You are welcome
Have noted the tips. Grt to chat with u :-)
