User:I have serious hairloss problem since last 6 months

User:31 yrs, Height - 5.2 and Weight - 68 kgs

Doctor:Any tests for thyroid issues been done ?
Doctor:the Most common causes for hair loss in women, can be androgen excess, thyroid disorders, stress, malnutrition
Doctor:and other issues include - use of wrong cosmetics, and lack of proper care
Doctor:first, you should get tests including Complete hemogram, peripheral blood smear, thyroid function test, BUN, creatinine, liver function tests
User:I have long hair. Suddenly it has started falling in excess. Are there any measures to be taken care.
Doctor:other measures, that you can take is to improve your nutrition, and include more of protiens in the diet
Doctor:Include more of eggs in a day

User:probably since last 9 months. But I have not been following any diet, only gyming

User:I have being only avoiding junk food & cheesy food
Doctor:working out for 1 hr , and then eating high carb diet (rice, dosa, etc )0c an be counter productive
Doctor:reduce carbs, high fat content , and overall reduce the calorie intake
Doctor:it should be totally be less than 1700 calories , per day
Doctor:and try to burn about 400 - 600 calories per day
Doctor:this will help to lose about 2-3 kilos in a month, depending on the type of workouts and diet
Doctor:but, for that matter, you can avoid nuts , too
Doctor:but take beans, as mentioned
Doctor:Are u a vegetarian ?

Doctor:in that case, you can take fish like mackerel, fat free lamb and chicken, in limited portions, to increase your protien content
Doctor:fish, contain PUFA and antioxidents, which help get good hair
