User :   hi, i am a 34 year old male...i just discovered a small lump on the right side of my groin area. there where no signs of this days ago but appeared suddenly One morning. i have never had sex before so it cant be a 'STD'. could i have injured my self without knowing it? or is This some thing More serious?
