User :   Lithium lab results are 1.7 mEq/L. 38 yr old female taking Lithium Therapt 300 mg PO TID for 3 years. she is training for a marathon and runs 2 hours/day or more. S&S: feeling "awkward" and less cooridinated during runs, diarrhea, drowsy at work during the day, Increased coffee intake to "perk up"... 1) Interpret assessment data 2) which factors contribute to client's symptoms 3) what lithium-related client teaching is necessary?
