User :   i feel really light heaed and if i lay down and close my eyes it feel like evrything is spinning really fast

User :   no it seem since dec i have them all the time ever since i just fainted for no reason

Doctor :   and do u eat regularly ? or usually miss meals etc ?
User :   yes i eat regualry
User :   i dont smoke i dont drink and no i dont take drugs and i am not on any medication
Doctor :   your dizziness or lightheadedness could be due to general weakness
Doctor :   or it could be due to benign positional vertigo
Doctor :   this is due to changes in the inner ear canal which are short lived

User :   on tuesdasy was really bad had bad pain in between shoulders light headness nausea and a sharp pain going down left arm

User :   very painful from shoulder to elbow fingers felt like pins and needles lasted for hours

User :   no that was the first time for pain in arm pain between shoulders yes often light headness only statred in dec
Doctor :   a episodic block in blood flow in the arm or pressure in the arm nerves can cause such a pain

User :   no just feeling very avergae
User :   i woke up with the pain in the shoulders then the light headness got worse then by the afternoon i felt reall crabby
Doctor :   regular physical excercise and stretching and a few sessions of massage therapy will help

Doctor :   the pain in the shoulders could be due to abnormal sleeping posture, with your arms below your body or your head
Doctor :   long standing pressure on the nerve causes neuropraxia, that is numbing effect on the nerves
Doctor :   follow proper sleeping postures and you will not face it again
Doctor :   also neck excersises once before you get of the bed, will help you with the early morning dizziness
