User :   Hi, I am 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant. On Saturday I had a little light brown spotting and then it stopped. I had a little again yesterday and I have had a slight pain in my lower left side of my back. It's almost like a tugging feeling. It's not strong pain, just noticeable. Should I be concerned about the spotting and slight pain? Could it be ectopic?
Doctor :   Hi
