User :   i have severe knee pain

User :   i had a ligament tear in my right knee and they did Orthoscopy
User :   but it did not help its been since 3yrs

User :   now i go for gym i exercise on thread mill and cycling but my knee gets swolen

User :   i cannot sit in 1 position i have keep changing

User :   i have rested for 2yrs at a stretch but nothing has helped

Doctor :   you can do without doing any harm to the knee
Doctor :   so please stop the gym exercises for the meanwhile
User :   i have got the best treatments but nothing seem to be helping
