User :   Hi. I need some guidance on keepng myself energetic throughout th day

User :   age-51, male, weight-74 kg, height-172 cm, occupation

Doctor :   Do you workout , or go for a walk, etc?
User :   my lifestyle / daily activity are get up at 5 am and go to sleep at around 10:30-11pm
User :   no physical exercise. other than daily activities like house hold work, prayer and office job which is mostly at Desk.
Doctor :   i think u have a sedentary lifestyle
Doctor :   which along with stressful job, will cause lethargy and energy less
Doctor :   you will need some lifestyle changes to reach your goal
User :   agree more mental stress due to job pressure

Doctor :   things you need to do: Doctor :   1. wake up early
Doctor :   2. plan your day in advance
User :   earlier than 5 am..
Doctor :   3. include daily physical workout for atleast 30 minutes
Doctor :   4. even though if u wake up at 5 am, i think you may not make proper use of time , SO u NEED TIME MANAGEMENT
User :   what kind of workout and at what time. morning evening before bed?
User :   i manage time better, i plan my days for meeting office requirement , there is no issues on that front
Doctor :   5. somtimes people around you may be a block in your schedule , so you will need to a good manager of people (be it relatives or your work mates)
Doctor :   workout daily when ever possible (morning is better as the air is fresh, and you will begin the day on a positive note)
User :   physically i am tired after late evening which spoil he family life
Doctor :   GOOD nutricious food, healthy, and avoid junk food
Doctor :   this could be due to stress at work ,
Doctor :   you will need to separate family life from work related matters

Doctor :   Delegate the not necessary details of mundane life to your family members (if possible) or to your work associates (work related matter)
Doctor :   do not be obssessed that you will do the work better than the rest
Doctor :   then, keep cheerful, through out the day,
Doctor :   do not give up coz of problems, as life is full of problems
Doctor :   keep yourself relaxed, smiling, and cheerful
Doctor :   smiling & laughter, can give you more energy by itself,
Doctor :   as it brings on the feel good factor
Doctor :   and the last part - is GOOD SLEEP
User :   the last one which you have said ,, that I have,, i get sleep immediately on crashing onto bed ,, even sometime while watching TV.
Doctor :   HAVE a good 7-8 hr sleep, which will be refreshing, and to start the next day on a high note
Doctor :   thats coz,. you are tired
User :   let me know the kind of workout which would suit the age
Doctor :   i would suggest to cut down on TV , and see only programs with positive energy
User :   i have time in late evening say after7:30
Doctor :   seeing news (full of negative ideas) and programs which give old fashioned ideas and thoughts
Doctor :   will bring on more stress and tension
Doctor :   USE that time constructively, talking to friends and family, and develop a positive mood
User :   agreed, I will avoid news channels. apart from that I watch songs and chnnels like National Geography and discovery which I feel is okay.
Doctor :   go out with your family to some outings , etc and spend quality time with them
Doctor :   programs that are informative, GOOD soothing music is almost always better
