User :   I feel fatigued and low on energy sometimes and this has started happening a bit too frequently now...I am 33
User :   what could be the possible reasons for this?

User :   not really...sometimes i feel to sleepy even during day time

User :   My mom and dad do not have diabetes...but one of my maternal uncles and both my grandmoms had diabetes

User :   just one i need to get the sugar test done empty stomach or shall i get a random test done

User : sister has thyroid...and my father also had a history of thyroid....
User :   my sis is on eltroxin...not sure abt the levels
