User :   HELLO
Doctor :   Dr here
Doctor :   Please procedd

Doctor :   Ok
User :   but after 2-3 days she fell tired, hers legs were bit heavy as she said and also felt some pain below stomach she cant able to tell me exactly whats happning to her
Doctor :   The preejaculate also does contain semen and there are chances of pregnancy even with that if she was in her fertile period
User :   last she had period on 1 day of month
Doctor :   Was this is the first time both of you were having intercourse?
Doctor :   What was the day of cycle when you had the intercourse?
Doctor :   Does she have any other problems like burning urination or pain?
Doctor :   It may be that she is having any pelvic infection
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   The women can only conceive if she is during her fertile period which is from 8 day of cycle to 16 day counting from the day 1 of her period.
Doctor :   Even if you did not ejaculate it does not guarantee of protection. Since you are not interested in pregnancy right now you should adopt proper birth control methods like condom, OC pills or IUD insertion after consulting from gynaecilogist
Doctor :   Your wife may be having any pelvis infection if she is complaining of symptoms like pain and urine burning
Doctor :   get her examined by a gynecologist and if required she may need some antibiotics to treat the infection.
