User :   My uncle who was working in XXXXX got chickengunya some four months back

User :   Followed by he had pain in all joints and his legs started swelling

User :   Later he was diagnosed with sugar at high levels and it was brought to normal after the treatment
User :   But after that he developed mulitple problems like continuous cough and cold. His legs does not come to normal state even after taking medicine

User :   Last two days he developed breathing problem and his stomach become bulgy due to formation of gases.
User :   But local doctor told him that the water started to spread from his legs to till lungs and thats why he has pain in chest
User :   He is taking medicine for the last three months, but he could not be able to recover

User :   Could you please suggest what could be the reason? his age is 63 years

User :   He used to digene and Zinetac tablets for digestive problems

User :   i suggest you to take him to a GENERAL MEDICINE specialist
User :   Its fine, but his legs are swelled for the last three months and he is unable to move freely
User :   Some ten years back he had problems in lungs and he was set right at that time
User :   and do repeat the sugar levels again, because the sugar levels are one which are highly variable until right medicine is put on which is a trial and error process

User :   may be the past problem in lungs would have flared up due to diabetes

User :   get BP checked up
User :   the patient used to tell that waterlike fluid is coming from the head and it is reaching partially to lungs and remaining to stomach. As soon as it reaches stomach he is getting loose motion. His sugar level and BP is normal, we used to check regularly
