It is probably not a blood clot
Doctor :
because the symptoms
Doctor :
are inflamation,weakness,intermitent pain
Doctor :
since you dont have ant of these
User :   so would it be really swollen ect?
Doctor :
it probably could be muscle cramp pain

the symptoms suggest that

you need to get an examination done to say it is

a Venous Thrombosis

it depends on the size and duration of clot

Doctor :
and give adequate rest to limbs

you can use hot water bags

Doctor :
if following this

if the symptoms persist

get an examination done.
