User :   My left legs big toe got hurt while playing yesterday
User :   can you suggest me some medicine to relive me
User :   My toe sort of twisted and it is now swollen
User :   and I cant walk

Doctor :   Looks like you have a strain
User :   Yeah looks like it. I had used some pain relief spray, put some ice over it, but things did not work out
Doctor :   First you need to rest the leg

Doctor :   then control the pain and inflammation , with Ibuprofen 800mg three times day
Doctor :   You can apply cold packs 4-5 times day
