User :   I am suspecting that am not keeping well
User :   I am feeling drowsy all day and giddy sometimes

User :   Marital status: married for last 8 months
User :   I have been facing this more since last one week and it seems to be getting worse

User :   Appetite seems to be kind of okie but have bowel problems frequently in the last 2 weeks
Doctor :   any vomiting/loose motions/ fever/ cough? any other problems you are having?
User :   None, except that I had a skin infecton

Doctor :   Do you have any other health problems previously asthma- allergies- anything else?
User :   This was a scalp infection and was around 5 weeks back
User :   I am allergic to dust

User :   No asthma but sometimes if I run for over 10 minutes or so then I get slight wheezing for around 10 minutes

User :   No, the motion doesnt happen everyday

User :   Yes, checked my weight, it is 61 kgs and have lost 2 kgs in last one month

User :   Yes, I saw a doctor
User :   My BP is 138/90
User :   that was the only test done

User :   Today, the doctor had to leave so he said that would get back

User :   No doctor

User :   Sure

User :   Headache once a week or so/ sleeping for around 7 hours but sleep never seems to be enough in the last few days irrespective of how much I sleep

I would advice you to get a routine blood test done
Hemoglobin, Tc. DC , ESR and TSH and alos your urine R?E and microscopy

User :   He said that I may want to check with a Neurologist when I checked on phone with him
User :   Why could this be happening?
Doctor :   Ok- because of your lethargy/ drowsiness and dry skin
Doctor :   and constipation
I would suggest that you should
User :   and BP on the higher end
Doctor :   Rule out something simpler like a thyroid problem first
User :   ok
Doctor :   I would also suggest that you see a General Physician (M.D) first
Doctor :   Is there anything else i can help you with?
User :   No doctor, so I need to see a MD and ask for some tests, correct?
