User :   I am 39 years old, have been diagonosed to have kidney stone for the past 1 week

Doctor :   So any investigations have been done so far ?
User :   I have completed the course of Toxim-O
User :   One of the stones has been in uretral region for the past 1 week and is not passing
User :   Stone size 5-6 mm

User :   Now slowly I am getting abdoben pain - which us bearable
Doctor :   You need to have patience and wait for some time do that the stone can pass

User :   Last two days that pain was not there

User :   Also I did not undergo systemic hydrotherapy

User :   Also I have started getting small pain in testis and near the rectum area as well

Doctor :   renal Stones causes pain that is episodic , spasmodic or colicky in nature, originating in the flank and radiating to the lower belly, inner thigh or the testicles.

Doctor :   most kidney stone usually pass off without any need for intervention

Doctor :   you can wait for maximum a week
Doctor :   during this period, a high fluid intake of 2-3.5 litres is adviced to taken
Doctor :   so that at least 2- 2.5 litres of urine is produced

Doctor :   this will be a day time procedure and u can be discharged in the evening

Doctor :   No not laparoscopic, it is passed via the penis in males and the urethral opening in females
Doctor :   i mean the opening for urine in males

Doctor :   the other treatment is Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Doctor :   latest advanced noninvasive technique. In this, stone is localized & it breaks up the stone in small pieces.
