Doctor :   and also if you take meat and Non-Veg then make it as a weekly 3 times that you consume them
Doctor :   If you smoke or take alcohol then it should go and also Tobacco in any form
Doctor :   Anything that gets you mildly out of breath and a little sweaty is fine.

Doctor :   jogging, heavy gardening, swimming, cycling, you need to inculcate either one of the regimen in your daily schedule
