User:its regarding my bone problem my joint crack multiple times a day and i have soft tissue pains around my knees. I am 31 and its now worring me a lot whether i would be able to recover or not
Doctor:Is there a pre-existing joint problem like osteoarthritis or auto-immune arthritis?
User:no i had consulted orthopedician last year for the same problem but he did not name any suth problems. He only gave me some calcium supplements and advised to stick to calcium XXXXXXX diet. The entire problem started after my pregnancy
Doctor:Is there a family history of arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis?
Doctor:is it only involving the knee or other joints too?
Doctor:Is there a swelling in the knee?
Doctor:Do you develop any morning stiffness in the joints?
User:all my joints usually crack but the tissue pain is majorly around my left knee. No i dont develop any stiff XXXXXXX i used to when i consulted doctor last year but not now and that too not moring stiffness but stiffness post sitting for long in one position in the office

User:ok and what about cracking of joints is it sign of artiritis

User:i am kind of over weight and have been consulting dietician and have informed about my this problem . So i have a calcium XXXXXXX diet chart but need to exercise also which includes walking for around 60 min a day. Will it affect my joints or walking is ok
