User :   Pain in most of body bones and joints (wrist, ankle, top side of foot) esp lots of pain in legs Urine comes more often like 5 mins after drinking liquid Feeling pain in testicles and when I stand still and stretch my body upwards, i feel better from pain some times I feel heat in the body and then sometimes no issues at all.

User :   and then told him that he has sligh issues of muscular (bec when he wakes up some times he feels his writs etc are jammed and with time, motion is normal) so he prescribed some medicin (cant rem name) to take for 6 weeks. Issue is lately snce 6 months all of the 3 mentioned issues are coming more often

Doctor :   4. sound sleep minimum 8 hrs
