I have been having pain in my upper left abdominal region for roughly a week now. the pain comes and goes and has recently spread to my upper back. sometimes it is a dull ache, other times it is a quick jabbing pain that only lasts a few seconds. i am thinking it is a peptic ulcer, but i am not sure.
