User :   hi I think i chatted with you only the last time on my hubby's case
User :   i wanted to check today on an issue faced by my mom

User :   my mother has suddenly developed a kind of itching feeling in the body
User :   when she scratches it becomes red and then it subsides
User :   she is actually very fair and what the doctor has told her is that it is like a sunburn kind of issue
