User :   abt a month back I had sex for the first time, I did not use the condom properly & it was only half way up the penis.The woman was over 30 & nt a sex workerI was adviced by the Doc to get a HIV test done & a VDRL test (both after 21 days, thn again after 3/6/12 mths)I was gng 2 go for the tests now, but wanted 2 ask u smtgI have been having a lot of itching in the area around the penis/scrotum...thr have been no white spots or white dischargesHv had an occaisonal burning sensation in the penis when I have not had enough water... shd I get any more tests done?I want to get any precautionary test done...coz its been on my mind...

User :   if u were to be even more careful, wud u suggest any oder test? (if its relevant the person wid whm I had sex wid was a foreigner-romanian)
Doctor :   HIV for AIDS; VDRL for Syphillis; Urine culture for bacteria;

User :   can i apply itch guard for the itching? (considering those openings too which I hv on my scrotum)

User :   shd I dilute the dettol /savlon?
