User :   I usuall get itching & burning sensation all over body resulting in rashes all over body. If a scratch is made it becomes very dark red

User :   It is very frequent & occur after every 2 to 3 days

User :   24 just completed this 10th
Doctor :   Do you smoke or consume alcohol?
User :   No I dont Consume alcohol nor beer nor breezer or any alcoholic drink. No smoking as well
Doctor :   May I know about your hygiene? like bathing?
User :   Once in morning with soap
Doctor :   Is there any lesions present which produces itching?
User :   lesions ? can u elaborate it a bit formy understanding.
Doctor :   any swelling or eruptions like pimples over the body or any skin colour changes before scratching?
User :   sometimes swelling & burning sensation if something is rubbed or touched say sleeve of shirt of bag's nylon etc.

Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you I am of the opinion that you might be suffering from Acute dermatitis or allergic dermatitis.
User :   Ok What is it in simple terms if you dont mind explaining me
Doctor :   it would be better to get examined by a Dermatologist as to get to a diagnosis and the treatment accordingly.,
Doctor :   Dermatitis is generalised itching produced due to irritation of skin by allergy or by heat.
User :   I got it checked with my family doc a month ago. he said its due to allergy of something & ask me to figure it out. I noticed try closely checking my routine. It reoccurs in 2 or 3 days whatever routine i follow

Doctor :   May I know the medications he prescribed you?
User :   He gave me lezine-M & told me whenever my irritations persist & unbearable Take it.

User :   Whenever i start feeling Burning sensation & itching with heavy rashes I take it & then i m fine.

User :   Yesterday also i was feeling same so took it in evening around 7.30 & within an hour or two i was fine.
User :   What is it Acute Dermatitis or Allergic dermatist
Doctor :   In acute dermatitis the symptoms are present within 3 months and the cause could be systemic or local.
Doctor :   You can follow these measures for time being: User :   Yes Please go ahead
Doctor :   1. Maintain a good hygiene like regular bathing along with fresh clothes everyday.
Doctor :   2.Apply anti allergic powder like nycil all over the body.
Doctor :   3. Apply CALAMINE lotion all over the body after bath and before going to bed.
Doctor :   You can continue with Lezine M whenever you have excessive itching

User :   Yes. just want to know Calamine after bath & before going to bed. similarly any time for nycil
User :   Yes doctor sorry in delay in replying. I am at work.
User :   so bit delay in replying
Doctor :   You can first apply calamine lotion and half an hour later can use nycil powder.
Doctor :   you can also apply nycil powder in the afternoon.
User :   calamine is u mean lacto calamine I heave heard of it
Doctor :   Lacto calamine is a brand and various other brands are also available with the chemist.
Doctor :   You can opt for any of the available brands.
User :   My routine is after getting up it takes 1/2 an hour to get ready & then I leave for office. So accordingly suggest me time for calamine & nycil. sorry going bit in detail

Doctor :   You can apply calamine lotion after bath before leaving for the office.
Doctor :   Can apply nycil powder after an hour or so reaching your office.
Doctor :   You can take help of your friends in applying nycil powder.
User :   Ok

Doctor :   As you have already on routine diet check, so it could most probable be due to dermatitis caused due to hot weather.
Doctor :   If on right medications, it is curable within 15 to 30 days.
