User :   Dr few days back i had applied for health insurance for my parents

User :   well these are the findings for my mother
Doctor :   May I know your father age and any history of diabetes or hypertension?
User :   age 50, BMI within normal range
Doctor :   Mothers age.

User :   but current ecg shows, ST-T changes V4 - V6 and L3

Doctor :   Yes it is. It has to be controlled and further damage to heart should be prevented.
Doctor :   There is also chance of MI if not properly treated.
User :   what kind of medications are generally given to avoid any kind of further damage
Doctor :   There are medicines like aspirin, ACE inhibitors which will help.

User :   he is non smoker and takes alcohol approx once in 2 months
Doctor :   But since your father is diabetic, the possibility of myocardial ischemia are more.
User :   what do u recomend here since he is Diabetic
Doctor :   So, he needs strict control of diabetes.
User :   shd i go for tmt for him
Doctor :   Yes, he should also have TMT and echo done.
User :   or normal echo is advisable
Doctor :   He also needs prophylactic aspirin.
Doctor :   I think it is TMT.

User :   but this Rx aspirin will be a lifelong medication or temporary
