User:is 5 mm kidney stone can naturally go out of the kidney
Doctor:may i know the age of the patient
User:44 yrs
Doctor:yes, in such a case, a 5mm stone can pass on its own
Doctor:do u happen to know the location of the stone ?
User:in mid of the right kidney
Doctor:you mean to say, it is stuck, within the kidney or is it in the urinary tube (Ureter)
User:within the kidney
Doctor:in that case, such a stone should not cause any issues, and it may stay there for a long time, unless it is dislodged from there , and it enters the ureter
Doctor:do u have any symptoms or problems right now ?
User:yes, bloating and burping
Doctor:any severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting ?
Doctor:how was the stone detected ?
User:ultra sonography
Doctor:why was it done ?
User:mainly due to bloating and burping
Doctor:was there any other finding other than the stones ?
User:fatty lever and cystitis
Doctor:bloating and burping are not caused by stones , fixed in the kidneys
Doctor:they are probably due to abnormal diet and indigestion
Doctor:you can take Gelusil Mps TABLETS or DIOVOL tablets, after meals
Doctor:they will help to reduce your bloating
User:do they result from fatty lever or cystitis
Doctor:they are not caused by them either
User:what are the severities of cystitis
Doctor:but yes, fatty liver is caused by High fat diet , which is usually the cause of bloating and indigestion
Doctor:sorry can u rephrase your question ??
User:what are the problems caused by cystitis, does it require to operate
Doctor:no , cystitis is the medical name for infection of the bladder
Doctor:it is usually treated with antibiotics and not by surgery
Doctor:symptoms of cystitis - pain while urinating, increased feeling of urination, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc
User:what is the XXXXXXX capacity of bladder for retaining of urine which is harmless
Doctor:the bladder can expand and hold upto 600 ml of urine
Doctor:but generally, When the urine volume hits around 250 cc, the increased volume increases the pressure inside the bladder tiggering stretch receptors lining the walls of the bladder, and this results in urination
