Doctor:oat meal, is very good, to help cut cholesterol levels

Doctor:try to have 2-3 servings of fruits, or fruit salad and vegetables

Doctor:cut down on starch foods like potatos, rice, etc
User:is butter milk and curd good
User:does it help in reducing chol?
Doctor:they are saturated fats , and i would avoid them
Doctor:curd is in milk fat , so it should be reduced

User:nd not the regular lunch every day
User:i dnt eat rice much anyways
User:only a bit during weekends

Doctor:and just add exercises like walking or running , for 30 mins a day

User:i dnt overeat
Doctor:the sugar rush, that occurs, can result in increaseing weight as well as increasing cholesterol
User:but if u go out say once in 10-15 days to eat u do tend to eat junk
User:but my weight is normal
User:and so is my BMI
Doctor:but as such, if there is no form of overeating ,etc, then stress has no issue to affect cholesterol levels
