User:hi doc
Doctor:Good Evening
User:My sister is pregnant and she is vomiting too much
User:she is not able to get up and sit
User:she is not able to eat anything
User:in fact, she doesn't like to eat
Doctor:May I know the duration of her pregnancy?
User:2nd month
User:9th week
Doctor:She may require intravenous fluid support just to replace the electrolyte and fluid loss.
User:like what?
Doctor:I mean she will need to get to the hospital first for giving IV fluids.
Doctor:She will also require injections to reduce the vomiting.
User:my main question is about my mom is giving her too much of tender coconut, is it ok to do that
Doctor:It is ok to have tender coconut. There is no harm in it.
Doctor:It would help in replacing the fluid and electrolyte loss.
Doctor:If the vomiting is very much and causing more tiredness, then she will require medications.
User:will it create any negative impact on the sugar level during the pregnancy....
Doctor:It would not cause blood sugar problems, if she is not a known diabetic.
Doctor:Have you understood my suggestions?
Doctor:Have I cleared all your doubts?
User:yes really....we will immediately take steps...
User:thanks doc
Doctor:Is there anything else I can help you on?
