Doctor:A swelling that pits on pressure as was your case is due to fluid accumulation.

Doctor:Pregnancy is one of the physiological reason.
Doctor:Pathologically it is seen secondary to anemia, low protein, and other organ problems.
Doctor:In your case, the swelling may be the residual effect of pregnancy or anemia.
Doctor:If you have no other symptoms you can observe the condition for a day or two.
