User:I am considering taking a health supplement like Revital or similar product for a month or two as I feel because of the today's food habits, I don't take enough vitamins and minerals. I do eat at home most of the time and take all vegetables and fruits but not sure if I take enough. Do you think I should go ahead and take this supplement?
Doctor:How old are you?
Doctor:ok, any kind of illness or any medication that you're taking?
User:I dont have any as such medical conditions
Doctor:then you dont need the supplement
Doctor:You need 1-2 fruits daily and 4 servings of vegetables daily
Doctor:so that makes it 2 cups of cooked vegetables and 2 cups of salad daily
Doctor:thats all you need
Doctor:No supplements are required
User:ok Would that be sufficient as I hear because of the way we cook and excessive use of pesticides and all the food quality has detoriated
Doctor:Food quality is ok
Doctor:as far as pesticides are concerned, wash the fruits and vegetables well
Doctor:in cooking, try to reduce the cooking time
Doctor:and also, dont reheat the food repeatedly
Doctor:thats all
Doctor:also never cut and wash
User:Sounds good :)
Doctor:the vegetables
Doctor:Thats all
Doctor:Is there anything else I can help you with?
User:NO thank you
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me
Doctor:Have a good day ahead
