User :   Hi, I am 44 years old and for the last 4 or 5 years my penis is easily irritated making intercourse sometimes painful. I also notice that my genitals feel "tacky" or a bit sticky. Occasionally I will develope some infection or smegma at the head of my penis especially if I dont clean it regularly. Also my own ejaculate seems to irritate it. Some sort of bacterial fungus maybe..please help,,,thanks
