And also relax more

as you are aware of the cause of your problem
User :   i dont have psychatrist in my city

Are you sure that there is no psychiatrist?

Ok

But most of the big hospitals do have it

You need 2 approaches
User :   sir i am confirmed
Doctor :
One is through medication and the other through counselling
Doctor :
Ok
User :   ok which one according to you is better
Doctor :   Both are equally important
Doctor :
I would suggest you to go to a nearby bigger city
User :   so sir
User :   ok
Doctor :
and get the help of a Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist
User :   but cant i fix this problem myself
User :   i think i can
Doctor :   You can improve

Doctor :
But not cure it by yourself
User :   ok
User :   but sir actually its next to impossible for me to get an treatment out in other cities...because i am involved in business
Doctor :
Ok
User :   so i asked whether the treatment is possible online
Doctor :
So then the next option is to visit a Physician in your city only
User :   i have visited many
Doctor :   He is the next to Psychiatrist

Doctor :
Mainly you will be given some Pshychiatric medications
Doctor :
like antidepressants
Doctor :
That will improve your Mental health and also your stomach problem
Doctor :
Counselling will teach ;you to come out of the tension/stress
User :   how does counselling help
Doctor :
It helps in knowing more about yourself
Doctor :
both your strengths and weaknesses
Doctor :   So that you can increase the strengths and weaknesses

Doctor :   Thats how it helps and that is for sure
User :   well sir thats the problem..i dont have such physicians that will help me in that way..i told sir its a very small city and have visited many physicians nobody does that work.first que to you i such solution available online??
Doctor :   Medicines cannot be prescribed on this platform

Doctor :
as it is against ethics
User :   gosh then i wont get cured that means
User :   will yoga and others help me
Doctor :   I will suggest you to decrease it
Doctor :
I was about to mention Yoga
Doctor :
Yoga will cure
Doctor :
But again it is you who has to do it
Doctor :
and devote time for it atleast 1hr/day
Doctor :
Or even a simple exercise like Brisk Walking will improve your mental health
Doctor :
considerably
User :   that is what i wanted just tell me that yes you you can cure yourself completely..thats all doctor for me when none else is available
Doctor :
Sure
Doctor :
Thats what I told you
Doctor :
But I wanted to convince you to consult a Psychiatrist as well
User :   well do not keep me in dark again one simple question is that will yoga and morning walks and relaxation help me cure myself completely..means completely
Doctor :
But unfortunately, it is not possible for you
Doctor :
So, the next thing which you can do is
User :   not possible for me???
User :   yes
Doctor :
Means visiting a Psychiatrist
Doctor :
Look for some good psychologists in your city
Doctor :
Go to them for counselling to decrease stress and anxiety
Doctor :
Next comes Yoga/Walking
Doctor :
And then comes Meditation
User :   can't it totally be cured by baba ramdev
Doctor :
Even just deep breathing for 20 mins twice daily
Doctor :
Cant promise such things
Doctor :
But just deep breathing for 20 mins twice daily surely helps
Doctor :
It brings in a lot of changes in your Mind
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?
