User :   I have been having motions since morning.. abt 5 - 6 times.. (not very loose).. I did not have any medicines... have been drinking enerzal powder mixed with water.. but i am feeling very weak..
Doctor :   You can take sporolac tablets.
Doctor :   Take rest.Drink buttermilk.
User :   feel very weak mentally also...
Doctor :   TAke curd rice,idli.Only light food,no spicy,oily food.

User :   if i wish to consult a specialist due to my frequent tummy upsets whom should i consult? I have also have mild pain in my lower abdomen (area of instestines) frequently.. i have severe sometimes especially i suffer from gas
