Doctor :   No, I am a general practitioner.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   does diabetes hav anything to do with such mental problems?
Doctor :   Long standing diabetes which are uncontrolled can cause neuropathies.
Doctor :   They most often affect the peripheral nerves more than the central brain.
User :   wat happens in neuropathy? wat r the symptoms?
User :   ok
Doctor :   Hence diabetes alone cannot explain his present symptoms.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Yes, diabetes associated with other conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterols, cerebral artery narrowing, past history of strokes both clinical and subclinical can cause these disturbances.
