User:actually frm past one year i was continously working in the night Shift, am not having control on my body it putting on more weight and some times reducing
User:also it affecting my cycle of periods.......

User:not yet still now sir......frequently it happens for me some time missing of the months and again itself recycles. but frm past 3 months am unable....actually am frm other state

User:i use to clean every month
Doctor:From what you are explaining to me, I feel you might be having hormonal problems
Doctor:it can be related to thyroid
Doctor:or it can be due to polycystic ovarian syndrome
Doctor:My suggestion to you is
Doctor:consult a gyneacologist first
Doctor:and get yourself checked properly to find out what exactly is the problem

Doctor:After examining you, the doctor will ask for Ultrasound scanning of the tummy to see if there is any ovary problem
Doctor:Yes, you will have to undergo a physical examination by a gynecologist first
Doctor:and then some blood tests and scanning will be required
Doctor:I don't think the problem is only working in the night shifts
Doctor:so please consult a gynecologist
Doctor:once the cause has been identified, then we can discuss about how to treat the problem
