User :   ok when i stand with my feet straight my knee look like their pointing inward.what is this and how do i fix it

Doctor :   when you stand with your feet together is there any gap between the knees and does the leg appears to be bent ?
User :   yea there is a gap
User :   like my knees don't touch

User :   like when i squat they go inward like genu valgum but my teacher said my one of muscles just needs stretched
Doctor :   if it is muscle tightened which i doubt that will not cause any visible gaps, it will cause discomfort in walking
Doctor :   if there is any visible gap like genu valgum it requires surgery for correction
