Doctor :   Hi
User :   hi this is XXXXXXXX, was i speaking with you before?
Doctor :
yes
User :   sorry, got disconnected
Doctor :
was there any technical difficulty
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
proceed with your query
User :   it is embarrasing to say, but i have been putting things in my ass for a while
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :   for this you have consulted psychiatrist also right
User :   no
Doctor :   i can see form your previous chat that you have visited i suppose clinical psychologist
User :   oh you mean therapist?
Doctor :   yeah
User :   oh yes i have then
Doctor :   so how is it now ?
Doctor :
do you see any change?
User :   i could not stop :(
Doctor :   did you start alternate work as advised by the psychiatrist
User :   what do you mean?
Doctor :   you have been advised to divert your attention into some other activities like hobbies, sports or other things which you like right
User :   yes, i tried to do other things
Doctor :
ok
User :   but i have kept doing it
Doctor :   it takes time to leave any habit.

User :   i have noticed some changes lately
Doctor :
thats good
User :   no i mean with my body
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
what change you have noticed
User :   umm is embarrasing to say, but my sphincter does not close up like it used to
Doctor :
ok
User :   is this normal?
Doctor :   it is not normal
Doctor :
because of the introduction of substances into anus which is bigger in size
Doctor :
you have probably stretched the sphincter and it has become lax
User :   ok. is this permanent?
Doctor :
if you continue to introduce substance than it may become permanent also
User :   how do you know it is not already permanent?
Doctor :   body has the capacity to resist any new change and it will try to repair that damage caused.
Doctor :
as the laxity of the sphincter is not normal
User :   ok
Doctor :   the body will try to restore to normalcy constantly
Doctor :
so it takes some time for the sphincter to be lax for permanent
User :   ok
Doctor :   since you have noticed it recently
Doctor :
the chances of it being restored back to normalcy is high now
User :   my sphincter is able to stretch to accomodate very large objects, but it always closed up afterwards. for about 3 months it has been closing up less and less
Doctor :   ok
User :   it is strange how the sphincter can stretch so far
Doctor :   it is how the sphincter acts
Doctor :
it stretches and then relax back to its previous closed position
User :   ok
User :   should i see a doctor to discuss?
Doctor :   its better you see a doctor and get an examination done to know the degree of the laxity of the sphincter
User :   how do they measure that?
Doctor :   it is not measurement but the clinical assessment of the doctor
Doctor :   the doctor performs the per rectal examination
Doctor :
and feels for the strength of the sphincter
Doctor :   and than grade the laxity
User :   what are the grades?
Doctor :   1 minute please
User :   k
Doctor :   it is mild moderate and severe
User :   would i be severe?
Doctor :
that only on assessment can be told
User :   ok
User :   i am embarrased to show though
Doctor :
ok
User :   the doctor will think i am strange
Doctor :
it is what you think
Doctor :
but doctors do not feel strange
Doctor :
and you should not feel shy or embrassed with doctors
Doctor :   the doctor is there to help you
User :   ok :)
User :   what about my prolapse
Doctor :
prolapse??
User :   uhuh, i can prolapse my rectum
Doctor :   you mean to say that the rectum is coming outside or you are afraid that it may come outside in future
User :   no. if i push hard enough my rectum comes outside
Doctor :   ok

Doctor :   do you have to push back the rectum or it will go back by itself?
User :   i have to push it back inside
Doctor :
this needs an examination from the surgeon to asses the grade of the sphincter.
User :   ok
Doctor :   as the rectum is prolapsed, the degree of the sphincter laxity is severe
User :   ok :(
Doctor :
and it requires to be repaired surgically
User :   i dont mind it
Doctor :   ok
User :   once i could fit an object about 3inches wide i could prolapse my rectum. that was about 1 year ago. i can fit an object about 4inches wide now.
Doctor :
ok
User :   the larger i went, the further i could push my rectum out
Doctor :
ok
User :   i measured it the other day. i can push my rectum out about 20cm
Doctor :
ok
User :   i do not know if that is alot or not
Doctor :   it is a lot
Doctor :
anyway the surgeon who examines will be in a better position to tell you what to be needed
User :   ok
User :   i can accomodate substances 4inches wide. is that alot?
Doctor :   what matters is the prolapse and it needs to be pushed back manually
User :   why is that a problem?
User :   it is kinda fun
Doctor :   because the rectum might get infected ulcerated and also stay outside permanently
User :   i have been pushing it out as hard as i can trying to to get it to come out further
Doctor :   ok
User :   i think i injured myself last month doing it
Doctor :
ok
User :   should i tell you?
Doctor :
why do u want it to come out?
Doctor :
if u are doing so u need to see a psychiatrist first for counseling rather than surgery .
User :   do you know what a penis pump is/
User :   ?
Doctor :   WWW.WWWW.WW Doctor :   here is the link about video demonstrating pennis pump
User :   i bought one last month, and i pushed my prolapse out. i could only push it out about 10cm back then. i put the pump over my prolapse and pumped it.
Doctor :
pump is not a solution for this
Doctor :
u need to get operated
User :   i kept pumping it and all of a sudden i felt some pain and my prolapse came out to about 20cm
Doctor :
dont mess with it anymore
Doctor :
u first show it to surgeon.
User :   the prolapse?
Doctor :   yes
User :   slight problem with that
User :   in order to push my rectum out, first i have to insert objects to open my sphincter up. then when i pull the object out and push hard the prolapse occurs.
Doctor :
XXXXXXXX what u are doing is not good for u
Doctor :
first see a psychiatrist and surgeon
Doctor :
u need counselling
User :   i love it so much though
Doctor :
that is the reason i have asked u to see a psychiatrist
Doctor :
that is harmful to u
User :   do u have email address?
Doctor :   my email id?

User :   yes
Doctor :   YYYY@YYYY

Doctor :
why?
User :   i will send you a pic
Doctor :

Doctor :
we will see the pic and discuss with our panel of doctors and send our opinion to ur email id
User :   OK
Doctor :   YYYY@YYYY
Doctor :   is this ur email id?
User :   yes
Doctor :

Doctor :   we will send u
Doctor :
is there anything else i need to help u with?
Doctor :

Doctor :

Doctor :

Doctor :
it is very harmful to u
Doctor :

Doctor :   are u there?
Doctor :
