User :   Hi, I had a HIV Test done today. The Test Value is 0.031 and cut off value is 0.295 and the Test Result is Negative. Is there any thing to fear?

User :   it is in the safe range. it means that you do not have infcetion

User :   I also had a Hepatitis B and C test done. Hepatitis B : Test Rate: 0.024 and cut off rate: 0.067 test result : negative
User :   yes it again means that you do not have Hep-B
User :   Hepatitis C: test value: 0.030 , cut off value: 0.315, test result : negative
User :   it again means that you do not have Hep-C
User :   Finally one more test was done, that is the VDRL test

User :   it says he result is Non Reactive

User :   the results of all the 4 tests are that you do not have HIV, Hep-B, Hep-C, and Syphilis

User :   in case of HIV, the cut off given is 0.295, so any value above this value will indicate positive result that is HIV infection
