User :   I am 43 year old, very fit, athlete. At night I have pain in my legs while sleeping. I showed to Orthopedic doc, he says that as I am tall & thin, blood flow reduction causes that.

Doctor :   at what time of the day you have this problem or does it persist the whole day ?

User :   from childhood. I usually apply balm/iodex, and that solves the problem. This is only when I am lying down. Otherwise no issue.

User :   none, he said keep your exercise regular. I jog 3-4 km every day, except Sunday.

User :   do u think Psoriasis can also cause such problems? Inflamation etc. of joints. I use to have scaling in head....

User :   I use to have such problems in scalp, no other places, and have shown to skin specialist. On application of medicine, it goes away for years.

Doctor :   pproximately 10% of people with psoriasis develop a specific type of psoriatic arthritis. This is an affliction of the joints particularly at the tips of fingers and toes and occasionally in the lumbar joints causing a low backache. Like psoriasis this form of arthritis can naturally wax and wane.

User :   claudication will happen even when u r walking, I never have such problem. I jog regularly, and also participate in marathon.

User :   what is the remedy, how should I manage this. Adequate fluid intake at night will help.

User :   Currently I drink 3 litres of water. Shall I drink 2-3 glasses before sleeping. This will help.

User :   I finished health check-up @ Hospital few months back. I will see vascular surgeon
